Hello, my name is Roz and I am the owner of Scented Haven.

Alongside my full-time career and bookkeeping business, I discovered a passion for creating candles and home décor in mid-2022. What began as a creative outlet quickly became my way of unwinding after a busy day, allowing me to slow down, relax my mind, and find joy in crafting beautiful pieces by hand that bring warmth, calm, and a sense of comfort into every home.

I found the process of crafting candle vessels and hand-pouring candles incredibly therapeutic. As my passion for creating continued to grow, I decided to turn that passion into a business, with the hope of bringing the same sense of calm, comfort, and enjoyment into the homes of others.

Since then, Scented Haven has continued to grow, and I am incredibly grateful for the encouragement and support I've received from my family, friends, wonderful customers, and the many people within the handmade community who have been part of this journey.

Every candle and vessel is lovingly handcrafted from start to finish. From creating each jar to carefully hand-pouring the wax, the process takes around a week and involves multiple stages, meticulous attention to detail, and extensive testing to ensure exceptional quality for our customers to enjoy.

Outside of Scented Haven, I cherish spending quality time with my family, especially making special memories with my grandchildren. Whether it's a day at the beach or simply enjoying life's little moments together, family is at the heart of everything I do.
